Richard A. Schlossbach has been elected to the newly created position of vice president and general counsel of Rykoff-Sexton, a food company with headquarters in Los Angeles. Schlossbach, 52, most recently was vice president and general counsel of Gaines Foods Inc., a food manufacturer based in Tarrytown, N.Y.
