McKesson Corp.’s second-quarter profit slipped 7% from last year to $21.3 million, but income from continuing operations climbed almost 14% to $20.6 million. The net figure includes the San Francisco distributor’s discontinued wine and spirits operations. The company, whose products include drugs, liquors, bottled water and housewares, also said it is reactivating its plan to repurchase about 2 million shares of common stock.
