Former Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger predicted that all of the nine U.S. hostages in Lebanon will be released within nine months if the Reagan Administration stands firm against negotiating for their freedom. Kissinger, speaking to reporters in Portland, Ore., where he addressed a group of business executives, said the only problem is that Iran has not decided whether to release the hostages to the Reagan Administration or to the new Administration in January.
