A federal appeals court in San Francisco upheld the dismissal of a 10-year-old lawsuit accusing Frank Kush, former Arizona State football coach, of assaulting punter Kevin Rutledge. The suit alleged that Kush struck Rutledge and that assistant coaches and university officials conspired in an attempt to cover up the incident.
