Israeli troops seized the body of a Palestinian teen-ager after mourners at his funeral in Bethlehem began hurling stones to protest his death at the hands of soldiers. The teen-ager, a resident of the nearby Dahaisha refugee camp identified as Nazem abu Juda, 18, died after being shot in the head with a plastic bullet during a Sept. 28 clash with troops, camp residents said. After the disturbance erupted, four soldiers jumped aboard the van carrying the body. Military jeeps pulled up, and the soldiers forced the van to drive away. An army spokesman said the body would be returned “at a time when we know it will not cause disturbances.”
