WD-40 on Tuesday reported that net income rose 17% to $4.1 million for the fourth quarter ended Aug. 31, up from $3.5 million during the previous fourth quarter. Revenue rose 13% to $20.6 million, up from $18.2 million during the like quarter a year ago.
Net income for the year rose by 40%, to $25.4 million, up from $20.7 million during the previous fiscal year. Revenue rose by 13%, to $80 million, up from $70.9 million a year ago.
