Patrick R. McGinnis has been appointed vice president, business management, for McDonnell Douglas’ Astronautics Co. in Huntington Beach. McGinnis returns to McDonnell Douglas after a one-year government assignment in the U.S. Office of Management and Budget as senior executive assistant in the President’s productivity improvement program. Before this assignment, McGinnis was senior director of business management at the Huntington Beach division. He has also served as director of quality assurance, director of material and director of contracts and pricing.
