My apologies for this long-overdue letter. However, it’s all Jerry Hulse’s fault. If he hadn’t had such nice things to say about us in “Vermont’s Inn Places” (July 31) I would have had time on my hands. As it is, we’ve been busy welcoming West Coasters since the first week in August. We look forward to many more visitors during foliage--they’re coming in from all over the country! Needless to say, we’re thrilled.
We consider our Quilted Cat, Rural Route 1, Box 201A, Andover, Vt. 05143, phone (802) 875-2724, a work in progress and are still adding homey touches, plus adding to our “cat” collection. Guests help by contributing interesting felines, including stuffed, porcelain or pictures. The latest one is a mink--from a Californian.
