Meanwhile, the Kirov’s opening night performance in London was greeted with boos and hisses because of problems with the venue, the Business Design Center in north London. Zoe Coles, spokeswoman at the center, said management planned to have 3,200 seats installed in six days, transforming the exhibition and conference center into a theater the size of the Kirov’s MariinskyCQtheater in Leningrad. But not all the temporary seats were in place by curtain time. Coles said that using the Business Design Center meant more people could come because of cheaper tickets.
