A rolling earthquake shook portions of the Inland Empire region of Southern California, but there were no immediate reports of damage or injury, authorities said. The quake was felt in the Ontario area as well as in San Bernardino, Fontana and Riverside, 50 miles east of Los Angeles. “We thought someone had hit the building.
