Industrial Park Opens 1st Phase

Phase 1 of San Fernando Business Center, a $38-million industrial park, has opened on the former site of the San Fernando Airport, Arroyo Avenue and Foothill Boulevard, just off the 210 Freeway.
Concurrently, a second phase of the project under construction will add three new buildings to the 33-acre development, totaling 361,000 square feet. Phase 1 has 298,000 square feet, of which 163,000 square feet have been leased to Pharmavite Corp.
San Fernando Business Park is a joint venture of Overton, Moore & Associates Inc. of Los Angeles and Copley Real Estate Advisors of Boston and is the largest single industrial development in the east San Fernando Valley.
