Banta Acquires Printer in Minneapolis Area

George Banta Co. of Menasha, Wis., has acquired a printing company that operates primarily out of Minneapolis, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Banta acquired the Beddor Cos. for a total of $8 million in cash.
