Century Medicorp Gets Total AmeriMed Control

Century Medicorp acquired all the outstanding capital stock of AmeriMed from its two shareholders for $6.5 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Los Angeles-based Century Medicorp said it completed the acquisition of AmeriMed, which provides health-maintenance services in Los Angeles, in April.
