Cuban Group Director’s Home Bombed in Miami

MIAMI — A bomb exploded outside the home of an officer of the Institute for Cuban Studies early Thursday, forcing the group to move a forum on U.S.-Cuban relations out of a downtown hotel. No one was injured in the blast, which damaged a garage at the home of Maria Christina Herrera, executive director of the institute.
