Greg Louganis won the 1-meter springboard title in the McDonald’s International diving meet at Boca Raton, Fla., but withdrew from today’s 10-meter platform competition because of a wrist injury.

With his sore wrist taped for protection, Louganis compiled 659.25 points. Jose Rocha of Mexico, an Auburn junior, finished second with 594.12, edging Holland’s Edwin Jongejans, who had 591.66.
