Saatchi & Saatchi Co. announced that it has agreed to acquire Corporate Planners & Coordinators Inc., a leading real estate consulting firm based in Los Angeles. CPC advises major corporations and professional service firms on their national real estate needs. Upon completion of the agreement, New York-based Saatchi will initially pay $11 million. Two further payments dependent on after-tax profits to January, 1990, may be made. The total consideration will not exceed $42 million.
