Workers’ Compensation System and Disability Claims for Stress

My friends and I have often discussed this issue. Stress is part of life. All jobs have stress. In fact, living itself is stress. The state Legislature should immediately make a law that eliminates stress as a cause for legal action, early retirement, or bonus payments. Otherwise every single person working can claim stress and retire comfortably.
The judge mentioned in the article is, in our opinion, simply a crook for claiming and receiving thousands of dollars for stress and then going on with his work, which he was apparently able to do in spite of universal stress.
Stress will become--it has already--a problem that will ruin companies, public budgets. And the word will be passed around as thousands of people sue for this ridiculous and frightening word.
