Bus Falls Into River; 18 Dead

SEOUL, South Korea — A bus blew a tire today and plunged off a bridge into the Han River flowing through Seoul, killing at least 18 people and injuring 36 others, police said. Many of the victims were high school students returning home from classes.
The blowout occurred as the bus was crossing a bridge in an eastern district of the South Korea capital.
