Business Park in Pasadena Started

Ground has been broken on the $6.6-million Lincoln/Washington Business Park, 1250-70 Lincoln Ave., Pasadena.
Completion of the 80,470-square-foot project is scheduled for September, according to the developer, E. F. Lyons Development, Pasadena.
J. P. Darling & Associates, Newport Beach, is the architect, and Camco Construction Co. Inc., Irvine, is the contractor. Sanwa Bank, Santa Ana, provided the financing.
