Construction will begin in May on the $9.5-million Los Feliz Senior Townhome Project, a 172-unit congregate care facility near Los Feliz Drive and Conejo School Road, Thousand Oaks.
The complex will include a community dining room, recreation and meeting rooms and shuttle service. Housekeeping services will be provided, and rooms to house overnight guests are planned.
Phillips Financial Group of Agoura Hills is putting together a joint-venture partnership to build the project, slated for completion in spring, 1989. Thousand Oaks architect Neil Scribner said the building will have an early American style with decorative trees and plants.
