Work Under Way on Distribution Center in Valencia

Construction is under way on Lincoln Industrial Center, a $9.6-million industrial/distribution facility at 27712-56 North Avenue Mentry in Valencia.
The 184,537-square-foot facility is being developed by the Irvine-based Lincoln Property Co.
The project was designed by William M. Simpson & Associates of Newport Beach. The general contractor is Breton Construction of Irvine. Completion is slated for May, 1988.
