SAN DIEGO — - The North County Community Television Foundation is looking for producers who qualify for up to $4,000 each for public access cable programming. Applications for single programs and series that address the needs and cultural diversity of North County, especially San Marcos and Escondido, will receive priority consideration, according to the foundation.
