The public--or at least the 5,000 of them polled by the Gallup organization--voted for Bill Cosby and “Fatal Attraction” in a big way, it was announced during the 14th annual “People’s Choice Awards” broadcast on CBS Sunday night. Cosby topped three categories (favorite male TV performer, favorite all-around entertainer and all-time favorite TV entertainer) and his NBC series was named best comedy program. Michael Douglas and Glenn Close were voted favorite motion picture actor and actress, and “Fatal Attraction” was named favorite motion picture. Barbra Streisand was voted all-time favorite musical star, and Clint Eastwood was named as the all-time favorite movie star.
