A group of people angered by the San Diego police’s fatal shooting of a suspected drug dealer later confronted police outside a Hillcrest hospital, resulting in two arrests and injuries to four officers, police said. The confrontation was an outgrowth of a shooting that occurred when two officers witnessed an apparent drug buy near 29th Street and Imperial Avenue. Police have not identified the dead man.
