Stanley Kerr of Texas A&M; won the 200 meters in 20.63 seconds, the nation’s fastest indoor 200 meters of the year, and Eric Metcalf of Texas won the long jump with a leap of 25-7 1/2 in the Texas Tech Last Chance Qualifiers indoor track meet at Lubbock, Tex.
They were among 10 performers who qualified for next weekend’s National Collegiate Athletic Assn. Indoor Track Championships at Oklahoma City.
