Bank of America Names 3 to Oversee Latin Operations

Bank of America has announced the formation of three new area offices to oversee its Latin American operations and named three international banking officers to head them.
Vice President Robert A. Capwell will head a new San Francisco-based Andean area office responsible for the bank’s operations in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Chile.
Senior Vice President and Mexican Representative John Flasco will head a Mexico City-based Central America and Caribbean area office overseeing bank activities in Mexico, Guatemala, Panama and Puerto Rico.
Senior Vice President and Brazil Representative Joel Korn will head a Buenos Aires-based Southern Cone area office responsible for bank operations in Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay.
