Final selection of a successor to James Roosevelt on the Orange County Transportation Commission is due Monday. Dana W. Reed, Gov. George Deukmejian’s former Undersecretary of Business, Transportation and Housing, and trial lawyer-activist Wylie A. Aitken are the two finalists for the seat vacated by Roosevelt, who retired after serving 6 1/2 years.
