Ken Spear has joined Cahan/Crisell Properties, a shopping center development firm, as a partner. He will work out of the company’s new Fullerton office and handle the identification and development of potential shopping center sites throughout Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Spear comes to Escondido-based Cahan/Crisell from Pacific Scene, where he was vice president and division manager, responsible for commercial and industrial developments in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
