Santa Monica : New Traffic Director Named

Ronald K. Fuchiwaki, former deputy road commissioner in Ventura County, has been named city director of parking and traffic. He replaces Ray Davis, who resigned Oct. 1 to become a private consultant.
Fuchiwaki, 35, holds a degree in transportation engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a registered civil and traffic engineer.
