Dave Langerman said prisoner Michael Gonzalez, 27, serving 23 years for rape and robbery, used a false inmate pass to get from his cell to the inmate workshop area, where he applied makeup and slipped into a dress, shawl and a blouse, to mix with a lunch-hour group leaving the prison.
