Inglewood : First Woman Club Member
Ann Wilk, the second woman to serve on the City Council, has become the first woman member of the Inglewood chapter of the Exchange Club, a national service organization.
The 30-member group of city business and political leaders is one of Inglewood’s oldest service clubs. It works to combat child abuse, is active in youth activities and sponsors exhibits of historical documents and American flags. Councilman Anthony Scardenzan is president-elect of the chapter.
Wilk will be installed as a member at a ceremony next month.
