Reagan Reported Better; Wears Smaller Bandage

WASHINGTON — President Reagan has a new, smaller bandage for his nose and his recovery from skin cancer surgery “is progressing at the pace expected,” White House spokesman Marlin Fitzwater said Tuesday. Reagan met with Republican congressional leaders for an hour in the morning, but he had no public events on his schedule.
