Olympic gold medalist Tyrell Biggs’ first professional boxing match in his hometown has been postponed because his manager is scheduled to be in London, handling another boxer.
Manager Lou Duva is committed to handling Rocky Lockridge Aug. 6, the date Biggs was scheduled to fight Lorenzo Canady in Philadelphia. Biggs’ fight was billed as a tuneup match for an October showdown with Mike Tyson, heavyweight champion of the World Boxing Assn. and the WBC.
