Forgot the Theater

In the article on Pitlochry, Scotland, on June 21 by J. Herbert Silverman, it is shocking that there is no mention of the Pitlochry Festival Theater, which has just entered its 37th summer season. The writer speaks of ceremonial daggers and Scotch whisky, but why ignore the arts, especially in a Los Angeles newspaper? The 1987 Pitlochry repertory includes”Conduct Unbecoming,” “She Stoops to Conquer,” “Vivat! Vivat! Regina!,” “Blithe Spirit,” “Noises Off” and “Chips With Everything.”
