Iranian Revolutionary Guards have smuggled two U.S. hostages from Lebanon to Iran, hiding them in coffins part of the way, a Shia Muslim source said. The source, who spoke anonymously, said that the Americans are “probably Terry Anderson and Thomas Sutherland.” White House national security adviser Frank C. Carlucci expressed skepticism about the report on the Americans, and Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Velayati denied it.
