Price Waterhouse, a Big Eight accounting firm, has named Kenneth G. Docter managing partner, Pacific Coast South area, and Abbott L. Brown managing partner of the firm’s four Los Angeles-area offices. Walton W. Kingsbery, who was previously managing partner for the entire region, will transfer to the company’s national headquarters in New York.
