A University of Northern Colorado wrestler injured in a fight outside a bar remained paralyzed from the neck down, and doctors hold little hope for a full recovery.
However, the hospital in Greeley, Colo., upgraded the condition of Phillip Rangel III, 19, from critical to serious.
Rangel suffered broken and displaced bones in his neck in the fight.
