Priced about five dollars below the average standard-length import CD, it has two versions of “Big Time”: the album track and a six-minute dance mix with lots of echo and other effects that make the song even more disorienting and otherworldly than the album version. Also included is “No Self Control” from Gabriel’s third solo album and two unreleased songs: “Curtains,” a foreboding exploration of emotional isolation, and “Across the River,” a Middle Eastern-flavored, largely instrumental rhythmic workout.
