Six protesters were arrested after they knelt in a roadway to block a truck leaving the Concord Naval Weapons Station, Contra Costa County sheriff’s deputies said. They were part of a group of about 20 protesters who gathered at the facility’s main gate for the second straight day to oppose the station’s alleged role in the flow of arms to Central America, a spokesman said.
