New U.S.-Belgian Treaty

BRUSSELS — Atty. Gen. Edwin Meese III and Belgian Justice Minister Jean Gol signed a new U.S.-Belgian extradition treaty Monday. Meese called the treaty “an important step forward in the ability of our two countries to extradite terrorists and other criminals.”
