Czech Premier to China

BEIJING — Czechoslovak Premier Lubomir Strougal will make an official visit to China on Friday, the first such trip since Beijing split with the Soviet Bloc in the early 1960s, the official New China News Agency said Monday. China normalized relations with Czechoslovakia in March.
