The Cat on the Telephone Pole

I’m disgusted with the Fire Department, electric company and telephone company for not helping that cat down the pole. Seeing that picture on the front page of The Times makes me angry. How can those companies not want to help?
Back East, that cat would have already been saved. What’s wrong with Southern California people? Don’t you people care what happens? That’s cruelty to animals. People go to jail for that. Shame on you.
