Los Angeles-based MGM/UA Home Video, a unit of MGM/UA Telecommunications Inc., named Bud O’Shea to the newly created post of executive vice president and chief operating officer. O’Shea previously was with 20th Century Fox Film Corp., where he was senior vice president-home video.
