Court Overturns Firing of Yugoslav Journalist

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — A prominent journalist who lost his job after criticizing the nation’s troubled economic and social situation returned to work after a court overturned his dismissal.
Dusan Bogavac, 55, an editor of Kommunist, the official weekly of the ruling Communist Party, was fired a year ago after writing a series of critical articles. He said Tuesday that an appeals court had ordered his reinstatement.
