Remarkable Ranch Scene
In regard to the ranch picture on Page 1 March 29: This remarkable scene in color must cost much. It is worth that cost. Every man, woman and child will see, feel, remember something. Men who have experienced the ranch life--the heat, the sweat, the hay fields, the wish to just be anywhere else, the children wishing for a horse of their own. The women remembering the cook stoves, the heat and hungry men at mealtime, and canning time of garden’s bounty.
Thank you, Travel Editor Jerry Hulse. Many people will gaze for minutes and study this remarkable ranch.
