Two Marina del Rey Properties Bought

G. B. W. Properties Inc. of Los Angeles has acquired five acres of land in Marina del Rey in two separate purchases totaling $8.6 million. Negotiations were transacted by the Goodglick Co.
The properties are a 91,000-square-foot warehouse at 4170 Del Rey Avenue from LCF California Properties Inc., and a 71,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility at 4143 Glencoe Ave.
