ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced several title changes affecting some of its senior officials. The Costa Mesa-based drug maker said that Adam Jerney, formerly senior vice president of operations, has been named executive vice president of operations. Lawrence H. Panitz, formerly senior vice president and chief administrative officer, has been named executive vice president and chief administrative office. Stephen E. Jenkins, formerly vice president and chief accounting officer, has been named controller. As controller, Jenkins replaces Paul Maier, who joins the company’s SPI Pharmaceuticals Inc. subsidiary as vice president of planning and administration. And, M’Liss Jones Kane, ICN’s assistant general counsel and formerly assistant corporate secretary, has been named corporate secretary.
