Alan Kalkin Named to Municipal Court Bench

SACRAMENTO — Gov. George Deukmejian on Monday appointed Alan Kalkin of Canoga Park to replace Judge Bernard Kaufman as a Burbank Municipal Court judge.
Kalkin, 53, now a Burbank Municipal Court commissioner, is a former Burbank city prosecutor. Kaufman was elevated to Los Angeles County Superior Court.
