Fire in Pacoima Chars Buildings

A fire of undetermined origin broke out in a row of small commercial buildings in the 100 block of Branford Street in Pacoima on Monday night, the Los Angeles City Fire Department reported.
There were no injuries, said Jim Wells, Fire Department spokesman.
Eight fire companies answered the alarm, but no damage estimates were available, he said.
