Revenue for the U.S. Olympic Committee is more than $2 million behind projections for 1987, and greater expenses could produce a $6.1-million deficit for the year, according to USOC Executive Director George D. Miller. “It looks like we may have to borrow money,” Miller said. “If we do, it will be a last resort.”
